Tips to start the Accommodation Registration

Before completing the New Accommodation Registration form, we recommend that you:

1. Read the General Terms and Conditions
2. Select at least 5 photos of your property (one of each room and one from the outside). Suggested maximum size 250Kb.

For safety reasons, the exact location of the property, telephone, contact e-mail address and other personal information will not be published in the website.

The information contained in the form is to be published on the website; therefore, it has to be accurate and true.

If you need to stipulate special terms and conditions regarding extra cleaning, arrival and departure times different from the ones agreed upon, penalties in case of rental cancellation, etc., you may use the section Remarksat the end of the form..

New Accommodation Registration Procedure

In order to register an accommodation in Huespedia, you must complete the New Accommodation Registration. form. Once the form has been sent, Huespedia will check all information and then will contact you..

Once the accommodation registration is confirmed, you will be assigned a password so that you can access to the owners’ private section, where you must manage the rates and availability of your property.

Can I register more than one accommodation?

Yes, you can register as many accommodations as you wish. You will have just one password to access your private section, where you will be able to manage each accommodation separately..

Is it necessary to specify every piece of the equipment?

Yes. The more complete the information, the better your accommodation detail will look like.

Can I register an accommodation without including photos?

No. Huespedia only offers accommodations that have photos available.

How long does the registration process take?

The registration process will depend on how soon you send us the requested information after you receive the form. You have a maximum of 15 days to fill it in. Once this period is over, our system will automatically delete the Registration form.

What should I do if I have sent the Registration form but still have not received the confirmation?

You must request a copy of the confirmation by e-mail to altas@huespedia.com, including your Name, Surname, contact telephone and exact location of the accommodation..

How can I change the information on a published accommodation?

To make any change on the published information about your accommodation, you must send an e-mail to propietarios@huespedia.com and Huespedia will contact you.

What should I do if I want to cancel a reservation made in Huespedia?

To cancel a confirmed reservation , you must send an e-mail to cancelaciones@huespedia.com, stating the Reservation Code, the Reference Number of the accommodation and the reasons for the cancellation.

Please note that the General Terms and Conditions for the reservation cancellation by the property owner. shall be applied. The advanced rental payments done by the customer must be refunded in all cases.
