The rental management service is a complementary service that includes all the reservation management service benefits. It is available only for properties located in Valencia and its surrounding areas .

This service includes the full management of the property, that is, arrangement and cleaning, keys handing and reception, rental and guarantee amounts collection, registration of the equipment stock at the occupants’ arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out), guarantee refund, analysis and solution proposal for problems that may arise during the rental period with regard to the accommodation.

Huespedia will track the reservations made for your accommodation and will send you an e-mail for each confirmed reservation, stating the customer data -and customer accompanying persons information-, date of arrival and departure, and a statement of the rental amount that the occupant must pay according to the terms and conditions you have agreed upon with Huespedia. On the other hand, Huespedia will contact the occupant in order to formalize the details of the rental.

By the end of every month, Huespedia will provide the property owner with a statement of reservations formalized during such period and will make the proper rental payments , deducing from them his/her professional fees for rendering the service.
The management will be performed on an exclusivity basis for a minimum period of 6 months..
