Huespedia offers its website as a tool for promotion and property management aimed at short stays rentals. To do it, we developed a dynamic management program that will allow you to register your property and stipulate the particular terms and conditions you want for your accommodation. Once you have registered in our system, you will be assigned a password so that you can access to the owners’ private section, where you must manage the rates and availability of your property. You will be able to fix daily rental prices, apply weekly discounts, fix special seasons prices, check reservations made through Huespedia and cancel reservation dates made through other means.

This service is free and does not imply exclusivity to Huespedia. Our reservation management commission fee is applied to the prices you have fixed and are included in the rental price of each accommodation.

Our website has an instant confirmation on-line payment system, which ensures a high percentage of effectiveness over the total or reservations made.

Huespedia will track the reservations made for your accommodation and will send you an e-mail for each confirmed reservation, stating the customer data -and customer accompanying persons information-, date of arrival and departure, and a statement of the rental amount that the occupant must pay according to the terms and conditions you have agreed upon. On the other hand, Huespedia will give the customer the exact information of the property and the contact information of the owner so that both parties agree upon the rental details.

As from this moment, the property owner will be in charge of the rental management, which consists of the accommodation arrangement and cleaning, keys handing and reception at the time and day agreed upon with the customer, rental and guarantee (deposit) amounts collection, accommodation registration before occupants departure and guarantee refund.
