If you are the owner of a property (apartment or house) and would like to rent it for short stays, we offer you the opportunity to advertise it for free in our website www.huespedia.com. You will be able to optimize the promotion and reservations management of your property through two services: Reservations management and Rental management.
Please note that the following are the main terms and conditions for advertising on our website:
- - You must be owner or manager of the property (Huespedia does not accept sub-rental)
- - The property (apartment, house) must be available for rental for a period of at least 6 months.
- - You must constantly update your availability calendar*.
- * This term is valid for Reservations management service only.
Before requesting any service, we recommend that you read the General Terms and Conditions .
If you are interested in the Reservations management service, you must complete and send the New Accommodation Registration form and we will contact you.
Huespedia is in charge of the Rental Management of properties located in Valencia and its surrounding areas only. If you are interested in requesting this service, please complete the Rental Management Form and we will contact you.
